Pointing Space is a free-to-use web application that provides the ability for teams to estimate work in real time. All features are provided without charge.
The Service is anonymous. We do not require you to register with an email address, password, or other personal account details.
The Service uses Google Firebase, including:
Firebase and related Google technologies may set cookies and similar storage as described in the Privacy Policy. Those cookies support anonymous authentication and abuse protection; they are not used to create a personal profile for advertising.
The name you enter is a display name for the table, not a verified identity. It is visible to others in the same room. Do not enter information you do not want other participants to see. You are responsible for the display name and any other content you submit.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt rooms, attack or overload Firebase or the website, bypass App Check or authentication, scrape or harvest data, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Pointing Space, its developers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
Pointing Space makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Because use is anonymous, termination may include blocking access or removing room data rather than closing a named account.
